Camille Veronica Kostek was born on February 19, 1992, in Killingworth, Connecticut, to Alan Kostek, a general contractor, and Christina (née Decosta), a gym manager. She is the eldest of four siblings and possesses a diverse heritage, including Polish, Irish, and Jamaican roots.

From the tender age of three, Camille immersed herself in dance, eventually training at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. During her time at Haddam-Killingworth High School, she showcased her versatility by participating as a cheerleader, serving as the varsity lacrosse captain, and hosting the school's broadcasting program. ​

Pursuing higher education, Camille attended Eastern Connecticut State University, majoring in Communications with a minor in Business. She was actively involved in the university's dance squad and anchored its network show, TV22. ​
